Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing in the destination country. Shemark.store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order — these are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's customs office.

Damages
Shemark.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shemark@support.com so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

Please keep all packaging material and photos of damaged goods when filing a claim.
